There is a major problem with these. I used 8 of them and my max storage capacity in all 3 resources did not increase. It's BS. I have had this problem in the past and Dan said it's fine. It's frustrating me because i'm using artis only to be wasted upon using the vaults. I've tried refreshing the page, logging out then back in.

Click on the planet that you put them on, then click off it. Could have sworn that was the advice given last time this issue came up
