So OK. You limited the energy gained at rank up. Can you tell us what the numbers are ? Also can you tell me what I'm gonna do with the extra 500 or more points I've put into engineers ? Thanks.

Edit:

Example 8520 max energy, get 6786 energy at rank up.

Also are the Troop Transporters and Blade Harvesters back to their former selves ?

Morton ranked up and got those numbers. Like 10 mins ago. Quoting from his message:

Yes, please use in-game support.

NPC changes should be ready by tomorrow night. At least a couple of the new ones will start making an appearance as well.
