I got a planet flux from an artifact shipment and it disappeared from my cargo without being raided.
Also, I triggered a thetacron trap a day or two ago and it didn't deal any damage.
edit: I had gotten 2 fluxes from artifact shipments in the past 2 weeks and had used 1. I got the last one 2-3 days ago.

Maybe one of your tac officers was playing with it and it fluxxed itself.
