Everywhere in the game where this is a ? Information, you can hover over the question mark or the text to get more information.
However currently ? Ship Has Active Effects, in IE, only the "Ship Has Active Effects" currently has a hover over.
In Firefox 3.6.8, that whole line has no hover over. In comparison, "This enemy will expire in: 23:37:42" works fine on firefox (although, the ? still doesn't have a hover over and does in IE).

I currently have Firefox 3.6.9 (just upgraded from 3.6.8) and have not had this problem with either version. However, I have noticed an occasional intermittent drop of the tooltip. Usually just clicking elsewhere and then trying to hover again will fix it.
