 Mylarai Plasma Lance

I have an issue i only seem to have 3 mylarai plasma lances... I know you can get 4 and i did the mission a while back. I suppose its possible i somehow sold the 4th one but i can't imagine im that stupid! (my girlfriend can though)

Is they any way to get another one or are there other modules that superseed the lance?

Use the contact the developer link underneath the game, and contact Dan and let him know you're missing a plasma lance and he should give you a new one.
