Prejor Missions not showing up

I don't know if this is a mistake, or if it has changed, but I am past rank 40, and yet the Prejor saga hasn't shown up yet. Have the requirments changed, or are you unable to do both the Prejor and Zolazin sagas? (Which I am aslo doing right now) or something else?
