Hacylon Trap while attacking

 How can one set a Halcyon trap right after getting hit with a virus trigger-able only with an attack?

Attack, hit trap. Didn't disable anyone, so 0 offensive actioned, set halc.

Just attacking someone doesn't count as an "offensive action", only raiding, hacking, disabling, or invading a planet does.
