Yes, this is a bug. If your planets are actively developing, you have to "check" on them
But seriously, ill track it down as an item to fix.

I have noticed.. when i build a new planet and such all my points automatically update for the new planet's production... but it seems that when my planet just reaches a new day of development.. it does not update... i have to actually look at the planet by click on it THEN it will update... i didn't say anything sooner because wasn't sure.. but i've watched it do that a few times now... example.. i'll look at my RP say it was 600... and over 24 hours later it's still 600.. then i go thru and look at all my planets.. and it jumps up to 700+ without me doing any building or anything.. maybe i'm just not seeing it.. but it's seemed to do that alot to me |

could be a cacheing thing, the game dosnt realize that it has to update that so it waits for you to ask it to update. havnt noticed myself |

i believe it might be... but caching on who's side? mine or the server's? if mine is wrong then.. no biggie... but if servers is wrong.. and i'm offline a long time.. and alot of planets develop.. that's alot of missed stuff for me |

Oh shoot so this wasn't just me? I noticed that it isn't exactly 24 hours either and if I waited for a while it would finally just do it while I was offline. |
