Base energy donations

 Not sure if it's intended or if it's a bug, but I've noticed a 2k limit for energy donations for bases. Any info?

It's intended, I guess to somehow prevent abuse, or something.

abuse , how ? the only abuse i can see is the wasted energy when i'm about to rank up and have 4k energy and can only donate 2k

at the fresh start of a level... if you have enough energy to get you to the next level, the 2k limit doesn't affect anything....
