It was a intentional change did dan come out and say that? or are you just referring to all the speculation in the other thread? only Chrome (and chrome derivative?) browsers are affected... FF and IE are fine... and there's nothing in chrome's rightclick that can't be accessed from the tools menu, so if it's intentional it's a major fail |

Work arounds: Chrome - Images: Click and drag the image to the "tabs" bar. It will appear in a new tab, where you will be able to use right click. All Browsers - Text Use Ctrl+C you lazy... |

Code: $(document).ready(function(){$(document).bind('contextmenu',function(e){return false;}); ok i take it back... it's intentional... (and for anyone that it's still working fine for, it'll eventually stop when the cache expires unless you have the help of a third party addon) though whatever his intention, it still fails as everything on the rightclick menu in all 3 browsers can be accessed via regular menus... so he might as well remove this line of javascript since it causes a minor annoyance yet doesn't block any browser features except rightclick convenience, and images can still be accessed in all 3 browsers too |
