my dad can log in adn see his but i can not get to mine i rebooted and every thing

Does the screen just not load when you click on the 'Trade' tab? (ie loading bar progress does not finish)?

Which browser are you using? Have you tried completely closing the browser and logging back in?

do you use internet explorer or firefox? cause i use firefox, and i had to keep refreshing the entire thing a few time to get mine to show

I would recommend you use Chrome. I have very few problems with that, other than the music doesn't load.

You could also try clearing your browser cache. It would be you've got an incomplete/corrupted set of game files stored there. Also ensure that your browser and Flash player are up to date.

i am using internet explore 8 and i have done all that
and it still does not work. the bar keeps cycling over and over for about a min then just goes blank. but when my dad gets on this computer same profile and all it loads right.

for me, that means it is a connectivity issue.

i connect to every thing else just fine and every screen loads just not that one.

umm i join the game and in the beginning my trade tab was working, now it cycles and gives me a blank screen when finished please help

This just goes to show what fantastic support this game has. Nice fix Dan, I imagine there were a lot of new players encountering this problem that either don't post on the forums, or have simply never been here.
