missing unfinished quests and missing rewards

I finished the beginers quest that only use 1 energy and never got a reward my dad did but i didn't and on another quest i lost it and it can't be found

Tier Awards are given upon the full ending of 3 (or more) missions, not in any particular order. The starter missions do not provide any specific rewards on their own, other than experience typically.
