Am I allowed to ask questions about bans? If not where should I ask?

Not really, no... Although some leeway is given to non-specific questions and as time goes on you can make a comment about "remember when JoeBob got banned?" sort of things. But actual discussion of specific people and their punishment/violations is frowned upon and is technically against the Forum ToS.

it doesn't matter if you didn't bother to take the time to read the terms of service when you first signed up to play the game. that's your problem. the ToS is there so that when a player does something that the dev has expressly forbidden, that player can be excluded from the club, with no appeal. it doesn't matter how much time or money you've sunk into the game, you have to realize that you're playing in the dev's sandbox, and the dev is in charge of the rules. by disregarding the ToS, you've forfeited any rights to continue to play in this playground, and any lawyer worth his salt is going to laugh you out of his/her office.

I have noticed a trend from you complaining about the game constantly. I do not like telling people if you don't like it to play something else but this forum has been established over the years with a certain culture and it seems you have not yet grasped it. I have started to notice it in the topic "pvp and non pvp option" . The game is established and certain suggestions people make is quickly either hailed as a winner or a total fail. Be careful not to become one of the notorious people on the forum that people got to dislike as this will only shorten your game play of GL as the amence pressure people will put on you due to your responses.

I am not taking the right away to respond give input and opinion I am more just informing you that you current trend will only lead you on one road the road so many before you could not return.

I couldn't find a stand alone forum ToS, and the game ToS doesn't seem to say anything about it(it have a forum sub section, but all it says is that they can use what we said on here freely and have right but not obligation to monitor)

This is Dan's game. The ToS, like many other ToSes, state that any and all property in the game is owned by Dan, regardless of the player using it. By agreeing to the ToS (which just playing the game means you do), you acknowledge this and hand over rights to Dan in regards of anything in game. Dan's ToS is allowed by and complies with United States law because you agreed to its terms.
