I've just colmpleted one of the prejoran missions which gave me a defence against the prejorans blueprint. Used this artifact but I can't find anything extra that its allowed me to build :-/ Am I missing something or did something not work?

You should see it in your building tabs on a world. Near the bottom I think.

that gives you the ability to build prejoran power diffusers, found on your ship page in defense(scroll down)

See thank you I forgot what that mission gave you. My bad I was thinking of the exotic missions. Those are the blueprints that give you buildings.

lol yea its part of the prejoran chain of missions, the one i'm doing now gives the exotic pulser at its completion..(200 times @ 20 energy, 20 exotic per shot)
