My bad I was thinking of the exotic missions. Those are the blueprints that give you buildings.

I've just colmpleted one of the prejoran missions which gave me a defence against the prejorans blueprint. Used this artifact but I can't find anything extra that its allowed me to build :-/ Am I missing something or did something not work? |

You should see it in your building tabs on a world. Near the bottom I think. |

that gives you the ability to build prejoran power diffusers, found on your ship page in defense(scroll down) |

lol yea its part of the prejoran chain of missions, the one i'm doing now gives the exotic pulser at its completion..(200 times @ 20 energy, 20 exotic per shot) |
