Star Chart giving me the location of an already owned planet

 Hello,
just used a star chart, and I was very surprised to see that the planet it indicated me was ... belonging to me already??? I thought Star Charts were giving the position of a planet that nobody ever colonised ... |

I thought that they gave you worlds no one has ever even scanned.
