several times today I have attempted to use artifacts and gotten no response, no display of use, no display of use on enemy player, the artifact has been used up, but I've gotten no benefit from it. also this may be related or not, when I roll over the active affects line on ships, it will display for a second, not long enough to read, then it won't display any more.
anyone else?

Im having the same problem. I have 3 Radiant Weapon Locker artifacts and when I try and open them, nothing happens. I still have them but they are not useable at all.
