 minor scan purger issue

Post minor scan purger issue
I have a planet which I cant purge using a star chart purger artifact from my database it says planet immune to artifacts . :?

Unfortunately, Star Chart Purgers cannot be used on planets under the effects of a Vortex Deflector. Just wait for the effect to wear off and try again.
