Hey, I completed the last completion of the mission which grants Voliir Modulators as rewards and the game failed to add the item to my inventory. I know I didn't scrap it (as they are unscrappable) and was wondering if this was a common bug or something that only has happened to me...

Edit: Refreshed the whole page and it got fixed.
