I noticed this happening a week or so ago, and thought it was just my imagination, but it's happened again in the past couple of days.

I saw this was happening while I'm trying to get my sab medal, I've been attacking low defence, low pop planets and destroying structures. However it doesn't seem to matter what the total max pop of the planet is, if it's full you have to use 2 hits to get it off the starting block.
I attacking a planet which had 120 population and no defence, I hit it once to get it down to 100 pop, went and sab'd a structure off the surface (so it obviously registered) but when I went back to the colony tab the population was back up at 120. I hit it again out of curiosity and it took it back down to 100 population, it then started regenerating the population at the normal rate...

Has anyone else had a similar experience with a planet resetting to full pop after the first hit?

Happens every time you hit a planet, not a big deal just another pointless comm message you can't send.

Yeah, I've noticed this as well. I think it's been brought up before but so far nothing has been done.

Well, I had a member leave and send me a NAP.

One good thing about sharing planets ... you take em back when members leave after boasting they will bring in members only to start their own legion.

08:56] DariousTheDark has broken the Non-Aggression Pact with Red Hessians. Cause: Attack on Rednaxela's planet (Maedron)

I can't wait for my comm to blow up.
