 Would be bad for those who were planning to do something.. like a neural, THAT would be a bad day for them. Scheduled or unscheduled downtime??

I think downtime is generally unplanned for a facebook game. O_o I think updates happen to the server in real time so it wouldn't effect players too much.

I think Noah is just frustrated as he almost beat his record of 60 kills per hour  , or whatever he was doing ingame before it went down.
