My legion just disabled a level 5 base called Dragon Command Base of Dragon Empire 4. My legion mate was number 9 on the list in game name Imly01 and it said he had 100% chance of a raid, however when he tried to raid the base he failed. I don't know if he has a buggy account, or if this is actually possible. Either way he is steaming mad. If this isn't a bug, please please change the chances to not show 100% if it is not actually 100%. Thank you for your time. Dave |

Oh sorry I forgot, he tried to report the bug throught report/contact in the bottom corner, but it says he has already done this. Sounds buggy. |

based on the formula as i recall you should only have had a 98% chance assuming all 3 proteans. |
