I was npcing a bit, had the warp stations -50% debuff on, and stole a planet. guarded it and ofcourse had only 50% of my defence showing. i caged, guarded another planet and went back to my recent theft, and its still showing the lowered defence stat as well as an unbuffed attack stat.

now on this planet, i honestly couldnt care less if its reclaimed, but on nicer planets that i steal, i would really love to have the FULL effects of my ships abilities added to the planets bonuses. right now im missing out on an additional 13K defence, and 12K attack on the planet.

The planet wont update until you hit something.
