| Post subject: | Merged Datanode module upkeep increases as it's upgraded |
Wiki says the upkeep for this is 2.5M but as its upgraded twice (+100%), upkeep jumped to 5M. Is this intended? If so, the wiki should reflect this. |

Usually the upkeep is also upgraded when the stats are, so the 2.5 Million, after 1 use became 3.75M (basically adding 50% of 2.5 Million). After the 2nd use upkeep becomes 5M (1.25M + 1.25M + 2.5M). Eventually it will be 15M upkeep. |

I see. Are there other modules like this where it can be upgraded but still has the same name? For comparison, the Decryption Quad-frame can be upgraded but it turns into another module with a different name/upkeep so I see the difference. Just wanna know beforehand, so I can plan my production better. |

Off the top of my head, mods that upgrade including their upkeep: Korteth Twin-Blaster - or any of the Crimson artifacts. Upgraded from Kelethor's Schematics Trans-Entropy Drive - Mark III - or any researched def. module from Voliir Bio-Stabilizers and each of the ally ships. I'm sure there are others. |
