stryll confinement protocols

ok, i've informed dan that i cant use the "report/contact" button anymore so i have to report my bugs here. i just killed a grivv prime and got the stryll confinement protocols. i went to use it on my mission dyson named "dragonwoods" and nothing changed. i have only 2 bought structures on it, both hyperforge but one has already been upgraded with an artifact from a previous mission to 100%. the other hyperforge should now be at 50% but there has been no change.

Correct because the protocols are only good on defense/population/cloak structures. What's the bug?
(If this is about being able to use them on a planet that has no use for them, there has been at least one topic if not two on it).

I've actually had this problem when trying to upgrade an obviation barrier. Used the S.C.P. and nothing changed.
