His IGN is Kevdeath

He used to be able to access it but cant anymore. The error message he gets is:

The specified username is currently inactive. If you have problems activating your account, please contact a board administrator.

If someone could please take a look and sort it out for him, would be greatly appreciated.

Either that username is incorrect, or Webguydan has new accounts set to "admin approval" and hasn't had a chance to verify it.

In the future, please do not post email addresses in an open forum. For security purposes, I have edited that personal info.

Found him. The account was Created on Jan21, '13. Accounts have to be activated by an admin now, and that action was performed Jul18, '13. As for previously accessing the forums, I don't see how if the account was not activated. Anyway... Assuming he remembers his password, he should be fine now.

Accounts have to be activated by an admin, yes. This can take a while; it took at least a week or two for this account to become approved.
