When you are doing the task Restrict Reinforcements for the Legion Mission Assault on Crimson Deep-6

When you deliver your kill shot, your standard buffed attack and defense are shown instead of your buffed NPC attack and defense.
I assume this is purely a display error but would like to point it out before anyone else gets really confused like I did.

I spent a few minutes looking at my buffs trying to figure out which one expired but when they were all there I hit another npc and my attack was as it should be.
Saw it happen again and noticed the pattern.

A legionmate said it also happens when he hits a sniper drone so I assume this is a widespread display problem with legion missions involving npc kills.

Yeah, I made a post about this as well, though it seemed like it was actually using the unbuffed numbers.

Happens with the T.O. Dropship, also.

My bad, I didn't see another post about this.

It used my buffed attack (same attack shown when attacking a planet)
Shockpulse and Surge plexus buffs were not reflected.

I was only attacking Flamehawks, so it was a little hard to tell, but it seemed like they did a bit more damage on the last hit. Of course, it would be hard to tell with those.

TO Dropship did include non-NPC specific buffs. I just checked them against a screenshot I have...

99% sure I had a Shockpulse that wasn't counted.
