 Battle Tab glitches

Post Battle Tab glitches
recently i've been Pvp-ing alot more than normal, this happens about once a month to keep combat rep up and allow useful artifacts to accumulate. However I've recently noticed the battle tab throwing enemies (players) my way, which cannot be removed from battle tab.
These Players cannot be 'bumped' attacked or hacked because they have been Disabled/Hacked too many times that day.

i've got some screenshots made of this but i don't see a attach photo option here.
