I am not sure if anyone has posted this so i am sorry if it's old news
When players request to join a legion you are not supposed to be able to attack them
But if you click on the use an ability tab then back you are able to attack them

It's been reported before. It happens if you click use an ability then press the x Togo back to the ship. Don't hear about anyone abusing it but I know it's used to probe ships that apply to legions to get stats. It falls in with targeting people from your news tab from them alerting an NPC or leaving the legion tab open then leaving a legion on a different tab. None of which will probably be fixed until it starts being heavily abused. |

Forgot that when medals came out this was "abused" by low ranks selling disables on their ship if they were a rare profession. A biologist could apply to a legion and get paid for each disable. |
