I failed 3x in row with 90% chance of success and 2 of them had no defense at all

I believe Dan has said in the past that if the planet is owned by a long-time inactive, the invade chance is boosted. |

When there inactive owned I think Dan said the % gose up. But I don't recall where. or if it was Dan who said it. |

When inactive, you can go to 99%, iirc |
