Maybe being slightly impatient here, but on trying to upgrade one of these to mark III on a planet invaded 4 weeks and 1 day ago, it is still showing "Planet must be calm (not attacked) for at least a month to use."

So what exactly is "at least a month" in weeks and days?

A month is a month... not 4 weeks, think calender day - calender day... otherwise we'd have a nice 13th month to think of a new name to go with.

So if you invaded on say June 17th, then one month calm is July 17th.

heh, well the pedant in me could argue 4 weeks = a lunar month .

But calendar date to calendar date makes complete sense, so 28, 30, 31 days depending on the month invaded (not including leap years). Which should make 16th June the invasion date, so try again tomorrow.
