That is my issue... I have been sitting at 4402 for pretty much the entire day... still no medal.

Have you collected your daily reward yet? I think I heard somewhere that it was the trigger. |

I took certain note when I was doing this. The trigger for me was spending a rank point. I spent mine on a Tactical Officer. |
