How the hell could that be possible when the aura was still active? Right now I still have 36 min left.

Were you by any chance guarding a planet? If so, attacking just goes right through them. But you gotta click out and retarget from the planet after you set off a halc.

But honestly, it's only a disable. Not the end of the world

The above only should have happened if you were guarding Exotica. Otherwise, did you by any chance perform any offensive actions between when the halc was set off and when you were disabled?

Nope. I try to avoid offensive actions - hacking, raiding, disabling. I invade (though usually only to steal planets I lost), but I haven't done that in a while...:/ When the halc was set off, I was sleeping, so I couldn't have done anything *shrugs

EDIT: Even if I did any offensive action, the aura would have prevented me, right? Or would it be gone if I did any? Anyways, it was still there when I woke up

Correct. While you are under the [Truce+1] effect you are prevented from performing an offensive action, even if you wanted to. You should get a message for it if you try, too.

It just happened again. Disabled by the same person, yet I had the calming amp ACTIVATED

If this is a glitch I'd like my deaths count to be lowered by two and get the artifact pts I lost both times back

EDIT: does the fact this person is over rank 1550 make a difference? I sort of doubt it; isn't the calming amp supposed to prevent an attack in the first place???????

I was....but how does that stop the truce from working?? I never knew that if you were guarding a planet the truce won't even work

I thought it only applied to Exotica

Stats don't matter! Honestly I'ts going to happen once you are a much higher rank so you might as well get used to it now. But I'll tell you what you do, you disable them back! But if you can't because you are a much lower rank than he is then stop guarding the planet...

It applies to any planet you guard. Otherwise you could just steal a planet and have aura'd players guard it and then make immune to arti's for permanent planet protection.

He wasn't picking on you, more like steam rolling over you for the planet you were in front of.

Perhaps you would just be better off not guarding a planet stolen from a player who happens to have legionmates over rank 1000 then.

If you guard a stolen planet, and the person who stole it, isn't wise enough to flux that planet, expect to get your ship torn to shreds by whomever wishes to try and re-take that planet.

I wasn't guarding a stolen planet. I was guarding my own planet that I've had for months. The planet I was guarding also was never attacked or invaded.
