 Returning player's allies turned inactive

Post Returning player's allies turned inactive
Hello,

I was taking a peek at one of our team's boat and only one ally does show up.
He was away from the campaign and returned recently. Two of his allies seem
inactive but there is only the Dismiss button. Any ideas, please?
