First timer issue is this:
Planetary Production Output [ Next In: 00:00 ]
I get this trying to upgrade Bainar; although it should be in an hour the timer reset by an hour but will not let me upgrade it.
Bainar, Systems Cracker
Train Bainar to the next Rank. (Costs 10 Blue Badges) 20 hours Available In: 00:00

I can confirm this. I am seeing these issues also. I hacked someone and the button is stuck at 0:00.

I also get the same with my Assembly lines:
Q-Pedd Assembly Line

Am I going to lose all that time from those 3 upgrades ? I alreadly lost 18 minutes.

Part of it is at least working on the back end, my hack timer came back, then I used it, then 00:00 again. I also just got resources even those it still reads 0:00.

Looks like it is fixed now. The 20 hour cooldown was maintained but would not display at all.
