He could have left his browser open while waiting for the timer to run out, clicking doesn't make you refresh |

I believe forced refresh is now 2 hours. |

Yeah, it's definitely not 2 hours. I've waited out 2 halcs on people on more than one occasion; at the barest minimum, it's like 4 hours and 1 minute or something. |
