 Warp inhibitor preventing star chart purger.

Title says it all I've found more then a few planets that have a warp inhibitor on them that I don't want to bother invading but with the warp inhibitor on them i cant purge them.

Yea, its annoying. Would like to able to purge planets regardless of what artis/effects are on them. Also, alerted planets should be purgable.

Only if you choose to waste them on alerted planets.

Kinda hard to tell when you're purging 600+ crappy planets and, what seems like, 300 of those are Zane alerts. :P

1 member can only alert 1 planet in a 12 hour period... so, only 59 max zane alert :D
