I'm not sure if you can get refunded on virtual goods you purchase for any game. I may be wrong but that's what I thought.

Dan has done refunds in the past. You'll have to contact him via Facebook using the "Report / Contact this app" link in the bottom right when you're looking at GL. Just pick "Send my own message to the developer". make sure you add an email so Dan can reply.
