Thraccti, Scruuge Defector's ability

Is it possible that the ability "Thraccti, Scruuge Defector Effect : Raid +10%" is not working yet ? I have not noticed any difference in my raid amounts.

Oh, that explains it, thanks. I was wondering why I had 100% raid at 16th place on a Base yesterday
