this is the problem
acording to my stats I did get the +300 defence from it, when you take boosts onto account
but I'm not sure if the Text just havent been updated or if Raix Transformation is a new ability we get acces to later in the new chain

Completely upgraded Raix-Radiated Plating does not show the defense boost. It is working, I can see my defense go up and down when it is installed/uninstalled but nowhere does it show this boost. |

Even taking into account 3 x Velox and merged datanode, mine seems much closer to 360 defense than to 300. Anyone else noticed that? ...could well just be a brain fart on my part of course |

He said he took those bonuses into account. Well taking them into account you end up with 361.179 defence boost so i'm not exactly sure he actually took them into account. |

Thank you Captain Obvious... as Arbiter pointed out, I did mention I had taken those into account. Taking into account The Xathe bonus, Velox and Merged Datanode, I was still getting results that indicated the bonus was 360, not 300. It was almost like the Xathe bonus was being counted twice, once on the module itself and again on the total defense. Feel free to check my working, this is why I am confused: 34313 (With 3x Velox, 1 x Merged Datanode and Xathe) with Raix Plating bonus 33793 (With 3x Velox, 1 x Merged Datanode and Xathe) without Raix Plating bonus 300 X 1.05 x 1.05 x 1.05 x 1.04 x 1.2= 433 433+33793=34226 360 X 1.05 x 1.05 x 1.05 x 1.04 x 1.2= 520 520+33793=34313 |

Defense: 43922 with raix plating Defense: 43562 Without Raix plating No % modifiers equipped So yes the Raix does infact give 360 defence before any buffs. |

just finished mine and uninstalled all defense boosters ... i can confirm that it adds 360 defense, and that this figure is not displayed anywhere on the ship tab. |

I wonder if this is because Dan stated +300 because he put a basic 60 def and 500% upgraded def (300), like the Allies bonus stat. (He forgot to count the other 100%) |
