curious if any of the higher rank people have brought up that they can't get the dark anti-beacon that this item upgrades,what's the point of getting these if they can't be used.

Looks like you need to kill as many Command nexus as possible before you go over rank 2k
all take planets that already have then on
not that i see alot of Pevreons yet

ummm thats negron he was already over 2k rank when the new npc came out so he did not have any on hand teach's the big boys not to scrap all of our artifacts for any given reason you never know if it will not longer exist nd if dan will bring out a upgrade for it lol

Dark Anti-Beacon (Uses Left: 607) For those of us that had the warning to start saving these it wasn't an issue but i do feel for the higher ranks to had this sprung on them when they were already too high to do anything about it.
