I seem to be encountering a small issue with planets reappearing on my planet tab, even though i've used a star chart purger and no-one in my legion has re-alerted it. It is a minor annoyance, but if you or anyone else has any advice on how to fix this annoying problem, plz tell me... its frustrating wasting my star chart purgers on planets that constantly seem to reappear from the void.
(NOTE: my planet scan tab seems to think that they HAVE been purged, but the planets list still records them anyway... bit strange...)

Alerted planets stay on your planet list until the alert expires. If you use a purger on a planet that someone alerted, it will drop off the list as seen on the screen, but it will re-appear when the tab is refreshed. It's an annoyance to say the least.

As an addition to what PLURVIOUS said, alerted planets also stay in your list (beyond the 12 hour alert) until the person who alerted it logs back in. It will be in your list, but clicking on it is ineffectual.

Also, the planet count you see when you use the Scan interface never includes shared planets.
