Post How long is one month ?
I was assuming that one month is 4 weeks, but seems like it is more like 30 days ?

Yeah, 1 month is... 1 month. So if you invaded 6th of March, by 6th of April you'd be sweet to do it.
4 weeks is only ever a month over February.
