What the title says I'm trying to check who has one of my planets scanned and the probe is not showing up under Planet Artifacts. I check my cargo, I have 10 to use. I check the planet artie tab, they don't show up. Help guys

Try using a flux probe tracer. All the Governance is going to tell you is if the player is active, and I'm pretty sure on your own planet you already know the answer.
