yes i did i got a response then i responded and then he ignored.. very frustrating situation and most likely a reason the game only has 10k monthly users i loved the game until this b.s

Dan doesn't care if there are multiple people in the same household that play on separate accounts each on the same computer. To him i'ts not aloud, to prevent as many players as possible of having multiple accounts. Sorry he had to ban you for it.
