personaly, I belive the formular you are using is the corect one

but as you only get your % when you fail an invasion, I have never realy gotten around to check up on witch one is actualy the corect one

I got 1.05(1.05(1.06(1.08(1.09(1.09((1.05(1.1(1.1(1.15(71072)))))+4710)=162779 for 48.89% with the alternate formula, and (((1/1.05)162779)/332954)=46.56%, which still fits within the theory that a 5% buff isn't working, since the in game display for the failure with the numbers previously quoted displayed 47%, so I revised the previous post.

Yes, it is difficult to be specific because the in game display is rounded to a whole number, so I found an approximate multiplier that seemed to accurately reflected the deviation I was seeing, but thanks for showing me how better to describe it.

it more like this if the game is using one formular and the calcylator theother, they would give you 2 difrent results

with your numbers, what we are looking at is

166.035/332954 = 49.95 % vs 162.779/332954 = 48.89%
difrence is only 162.779 / 166035 = 0.9804

so it not enougth to explain the 1/1.05 = 0.9523 factor that would fit a missing 5% boost

but the problem is also 48.51% = 49% , 47.49% = 47% etc etc
difrence betwen 47% and 49% is 47/49 = 0.959 or a missing 4.6% boost

if we look at worst case we are looking at these numbers for a 47% chance vs a 49% chance

difrence betwen 47.49 % and 48.49 % = 47.49 / 48.51 = 0.979 or a missing 2.1% boost
difrence betwen 46.51% and 49.49 % = 46.51 / 49.49 = 0.940 or a missing 6.4% boost

so that could basickly be any 3% to 7% boost that isnt added proberly with the numbers you have here


so you are going to need a lot of data to get it,
the simple way would be to pick a planet where you have a low chance, and see if you can fail against that 2 times
one with the Bane Shriek activ and one without it to see if you actualy can see a difrence in the % the game gives you

and do the same with the other boosts that need to be checked

if you need help, I'll be happy to sendt you data on any invasions I fail
