Just went to block a guy who was harassing people on our legion comm(from another legion) and it pops up only leaders and officers can block senders... I am an Officer.. Is this a Bug.. not even a leader can block this person from sending messages to us.. Thx.. X B 3 N X |

Make sure you have spelled the player's name correctly. Remember that in the in-game font, a lower case L looks exactly like an upper case I. If after double checking the spelling, you are still having the problem, use the in-game support link to send a message to Dan. There have been a few occasions where (for some unknown/undisclosed reason) certain players seem to be immune to comm-blocking. |

You might have the issue if their name has extra spaces that don't really show. The Tree (1 space) appears the same as The Tree (2 spaces) appears the same as The Tree (3 spaces) and so on. |

From what I understand, spaces generally aren't allowed in your username, however there are a select few that have had their name changed by game support that do not follow this "rule". |
