hello, the biologist effect: Population +30%, whilst it increases the maximum amount of pop, the pop won't refill higher than the original amount, even with cloning pods etc before people comment, i'm biologist to get full bonus on some vorean arti's i put on my new rift... |

I had the exact same issue when I was biologist just recently, I sent multiple in game reports on the issue but the most I got back was that it was "being looked into" then finally after about amonth and a half I had no need for biologist so just switched back. Talked to several others, about 8 or 9 and all had the same thing happening. |

It's a bug that's been around for ages and has yet to be fixed. Wouldn't get your hopes up about it being fixed any time soon. |
