4th of july daily gift fails to function

 Hi,
I just used my daily 4th of july gift and it gave me nothing no energy/ no sheild/ no hull. Rather annoyed about this. |

I think he's complaining that his reward is not doing the intended bonus shield/hull etc., not that he does not get his reward  |

When I used the artifact my shield and hull recharged, but my energy did not and i don't know if i gained any shield and hull because i didn't bother to check before hand.
