Ally Granting incorrect bonus?

Post subject:  Ally Granting incorrect bonus?
Hi

Solynia, Technician Elite level 100 ability says it gives you an extra 2% AHP, this is great!

However I seem to see on a planet (another player on my tab has) has Solynia, Technician Elite granting a 12.2% bonus, any reason for this?
